I got one from the last parking lot sale...out of the door at 119$ with a 20% coupon.

Can't beat it!

Nice H1 Fudge, been looking at them myself.

Has anyone removed the latching mechanisms on each drawer? I'm not a fan of them either.

Also, these things are honestly a pain in the *** to put together. The first castor took me a while to figure out how to get it on, so by the time I got to the 4th one, it wasn't too bad. For some odd reason they couldn't make the brackets for the castors fit in the grooves perfect, they are loose, so you have to install the four carriage bolts loosely first and get them all on, then tighten them up.

Then once you have the bottm part complete with the 4 supports, connecting that to the main box part is a pain as well. Ugh.

My C-man box was quite easy to assemble, well, all I had to do to that was put the 4 castors on but that went really quick. They were nowhere near as cumbersome as the HF 5 drawer cart.

I do have the HF (US General) 13 drawer roll away as well, but that came assembled, even the castors.

Do you mean the finger locks in the front or the lid locks in the back?

I cut off the tabs on the back of the drawers so that they don't grab the lid latch in the rear.

So you can still open and close the drawers with the top lid closed.

I was referring to the finger locks in the front, but now that you mention it, I think I may do something about the lid latch in the rear. It would be nice to be able to leave the lid down, yet be able to open the drawers still. Thanks for that idea!

I also just bought this for $159 -20% =$128 out the door, by printing off and bringing in the online sale flier, NOT the SUPER COUPON one, no discussions, easy.
BTW, can anyone comment.any differences between the 'same cart'.
If you look on the HF website, lower images, one has "US General" inside lid, other does not. BTW, the one I just got, did not have the inside graphic... just wondering.

Most likely just small product changes over time. Change the trim or decals.
