Well, after 30 years of using multiple smaller Craftsman roll/chest tool boxes that had seen their better days, last week I bought the 13 drawer unit from Harbor Freight. A nice young man bought the old Craftsman boxes from me yesterday, via Craigslist ..

After reading the reviews on here from people that owned them, I just had to see for myself if this unit was what it was reported to be....

For the $389.00 sticker, I was impressed with this rolling drawer unit compared to other units out here with the same cu.in. space and load bearing capacity. ..

The new box is now sitting in my modest garage and has now given me the incentive to re-do the whole bench top workspace. Thanks GJ users, for the tip

Did you go with the crinkled finish or the glossy finish? And you are correct, there is a wealth of information available at GJ.

All they had was the red textured finish which was o.k. by me as the rest of my old Craftsman boxes that I kept, are red drawers/gray frame.
