Nothing to get super excited about, but these are at Big Lots for $4 a set. When people talk about the "good Harbor Freight screwdrivers", these are what they're referring to. Pretty decent backup/loaners at $1/driver.

Ill have to pass... I don't want to lose an eye or loans these to some one and have them injure themselves......Then again I could give these to my brother

I'll have to pass on these too many bad reviews.

Bad reviews? I put my Craftsman and Felo drivers in a drawer when I got the Pittsburgh Pros. They work great, the handles are comfortable, and they are a buck apiece. What's not to like?

I bought some of those to abuse around the house. They have held up really well. I much prefer a high quality screwdriver but if I was on a very tight budget I'd buy these in a heartbeat.

The HF brand are $8 on sale for 8, plus you can use 25% off for a total of $.75/screwdriver. Not sure the point unless you don't have a HF near you but do have a Big Lots.

They have 5 stars on 31 reviews and are pretty well regarded by GJers.

I saw those and many more HF products at Buddy's Small Lots the other day, not necessarily under the same label as at HF but obviously the same tools. I picked up two four packs of their anti-fatigue tiles for the same price as HF. Decent for me since Buddy's is in town and HF is two hours round trip.

I was actually going to by these, but My uncle and cousin talked my out of it. They kept breaking the damn things.

But with the lifetime warranty you really can't beat the price harbor freight sells them out. I actually wonder if they lose money between the lifetime warranty and the price point.
This reason I don't buy them is bc of personal stories from friends and family about them breaking and I tend to abuse screwdrivers. :p

I have them and use the Phillips everyday in a manufacturing workplace. One of the most comfortable handles I've used. Over 2 years old and very little wear. I usually grab these instead of the craftsman pro's.

Agreed. Great screwdrivers ESPECIALLY for the price.

Yeah I saw these too. I think there's 2 different sets (or more, I recall seeing a large set as well with precision). Still too expensive at 4 bucks because...no warranty! But they're probably decent enough that they'd be worth 4 bucks no warranty for most guys but so are the 88 centers at hodot and lowes. :dunno:
