i have one but had to do a little grinding on it so the handle would stay up and also work more smoothly.has worked good for me

I bought one a few months ago on sale or coupon, don't recall. When I received it the thing wouldn't easily go up/down and one of the screws were cross threaded and rammed in anyway. took it back to a local store and got another, which has so far worked OK, with limited use so far.

Are you still pleased with it? I have some uses for one, but probably won't be using it enough to get a high dollar one. If it proved useful, I maybe more inclined to get a nicer one...

yeah, so far so good for the times I've used it. like you I couldn't justify an expensive one.
