HF Yukon 9-Drawer toolbox dimensions

Could someone with the HF Yukon 9-Drawer toolbox measure the actual width of the cabinet (not including the handle)? Also the depth of the bottom drawers?

Looking at possibly using this cabinet for storage in my home office. Hoping it will fit in the space I have, and the bottom drawers are deep enough to setup hanging file folders in.

Bottom drawers are about 9" deep. I think they're too shallow for
hanging files.

For what its worth it seems like a decent unit.
