Hi all

new hear to the site and I am looking for sugguestions and opions on steel or wood garages im buying my first home and an looking to build a garage and im looking for at least 40x40 and would prefer steel but am open to wood aswell. what I am wanting to know is where you guys purchased your garages and prices and quality.

I think the cheapest is a wood stick build and that's the route I went. I built a 20 by 23 foot garage in 2009 for around 25,000.

Thanks for welcome. I'm trying to weigh all my options and I've found a few steel buildings in the size I want for less than 25,000 but that dosnt include doors the pad or anything else like lighting power and water and what not.

Hears the current state my truck is in. I'm in the middle of a full resto mod
