New guy to here.
I found this forum via googling different old tool brands as I make my way through the stuff in the sheds at the home farm.
I been using the search, but may end up asking a few questions here and there.
I would like to clean the rust off many of the wrenches, sockets etc and actually use them some as they have been in the family for a long time. Unfortunately many of them have not been cared for very well for a while, some for a long long while.
From what I have read on here several of the ratchets are probably not repairable. quite a new made by new britain but with other names on them that are bad loose. Others are just very old and spent a few too many years of heavy use and being in an unfavorable environment.
not looking to sell anything at this time.
