Found this forum while researching my new shed build. Fantastic site, great resource.

Building a 48x70 insulated metal shed in Gilbert AZ. Will be 16' tall to fit a RV or trailer. Planning on a 12x40 mezzanine along one long edge for extra floor space. Also planning on a two-post lift and a temporary paint booth (curtain style is my current thinking). Planning on a sink and toilet, and where the RV/trailer will park, having a waste dump and clean water for rinsing the tanks. Also planning on running 225Amp capable wiring back to my house. This will be for powering the shed in the short term, with the thinking that someday maybe I'd put solar on the shed and power the house. Will have dual mastercool evaps on the south end with pressure opening louvers high on the north wall.
Planning on doing as much of the water and electric work I can to save $$.

Just need to stop digging through this site so I can get some work done :), and stop thinking of more ways to spend money...

Shed is basically finished, just waiting on the big doors. I used Imgur to document the progress.
Took about 30 days once they started, lead time was 6 months like they (Sentry Builders) said it would.
Now for power...
