Hey everybody, I'm a long time reader on this forum and would like to introduce myself before starting a thread on my garage / house renovation.

My name is Pascal, and I live in Belgium.

I just bought a house with a detached 1 car garage.

The house is in need of total renovation (build in 1905), and I would like to get the garage in order to use it as a workshop for the renovation of the house.

Later, the garage will be used for woodworking, metalwork, welding, bodywork and parking my MGB GT.

welcome. I visited belgium on my summer hols this year.

Ended up in gent for Boomtown 2014 and later bruge.

I will be back. nice country for cycle tours.

Still spend a lot of weekends there (I only live 15km from there).

Boomtown is great, what bands did you see?

I have NO idea. but i loved it.

it wasn't intentional. we just came into gent and wondered what all the stages and music was about - so stayed for a few days.

Pascal: since you've been a member for about as many years as i was lurking i could call you an old timer that doesn't post much. that said i still want to welcome you and hope your new garage build is successful.
