Hi all! I grew up in PA, worked 30+ years in CT and now have retired and picked NC - Southport, 45 min south of Wilmington, on the coast, to live in.
Priority in building the house was a large garage, and it is. Has 3 doors and is deep and has an extra area around the side for benches, shelves, etc.
I like to work on British cars - have a 63 Austin Healey and restoring a 65 Mini Moke now, also 2 BMW.
After 3 years living and working in there, I have decided to redo some of my shelves and put in a really big work bench with cabinets above it. Will let you know what happens.
Just hung up the garden tools over in my wife's corner and that was a big improvement!
