Hello to all! 
I just found this site looking at garage photos because I'm getting ready to build a detached garage and trying to get some ideas together. I have to deal with a community association as well as city and county code since I'm just barely within the city limits of Wilmington, De. I'm going to start a thread to get ideas and track the evolution of my design. I'll put a link to it here so I hope everyone will check in and give any opinions or helpful thoughts.
