Stumbled across this site from another of my favorites - Mustangs - in the form of WestSideMustangs.

I'm currently working with an architect on a design / build of my garage.
Current structure is 1 story, 20 x 24, 2 car garage that is in desperate need of being rebuilt ( had a fire in it before we bought the house).

The new Garage Majal is to be 30'x30' with a 12' ceiling clearance for a lift, toilet and janitor sized sink downstairs, 2 -16x7 rollup doors (the garage is on the back of the property facing an alley - 15' public access easement) so I can drive completely thru it. I plan on airconditioning the shop area.

The 2nd floor will house an office for me, 2 other rooms for storage, kitchenette, bathroom and a large game room / entertainment room for the family including my 15yr old son and 9 yr old daughter.

I'm into Mustangs as a hobby and own way 2 many including a 1964 1/2 coupe, a 1973 351 CobraJet Mach 1, a 1993 LX that I built for roadracing and a 1995 GT toy.

Currently looking for a concrete contractor in the Houston area if anyone has a good reference of one, I'll take it.

Thanks for such a great site, I'll share some plan pics as soon as I get them.

Here's one of my '93 after the horseshoe turn at Hallet raceway in Oklahoma at the Mid America Mustang Shelby meet. Turned decent lap time and ran over 135mph on the straights..What a rush...
