I hope to get some ideas from this great site.
We get to shift to our new home in about 8 weeks time. Needs a bit of work, painting, new carpet, floating floors and concrete.
Plenty of concrete actually, from where our double garage starts we have about 5 meters access between the garage and the boundary fence. Then about 30 meters down at the rear of the property we have another garage(workshop). So all up we are looking at about 200 square meters of concrete, measured about another 50 square meters around the rear and side of the workshop.
So the new place we give me great access for my truck(Isuzu tray) plus I can fill the workshop up with my bit of US muscle.
