I have been reading the forums as we are building an attached garage to our "Termite Terrace" in East Mesa Arizona. I am an electrical contractor running a very small business. House is located on over an acre with future plans to build a dream shop out back sometime. I am inspired by everyones garages/homes/shops/barns on this site. Looking forward to posting along!

Mesa: good to have another member from the desert. your town is busy this week with our Seahawks playing in the Super Bowl and Tiger playing in the Phoenix open for the first time in years.

sounds like you have a plan and from what i hear make sure to figure out a way to keep some of the heat out of your shop in the summer 100 plus degree days.
