Just found this forum and thought I would say Hi! Great stuff on here, it's going to take a long time to pick through all the interesting threads.

So after spending many years working on everything from wood working to car projects in the driveway or crammed in a small single bay I finally get to have my own space. Just finishing up a 20 x 30 shop with nice work space above which hopefully I will get signed off by the local code inspector next week, Yay! If I can figure out how to upload photos I'll post a few later.
