Hi,

Its way past time I introduced my self to you all.
I'm a Brit expat working in the Middle East

Despite having been a member for a while I haven't been around much.
Its taken until this week for me to have a proper look around and I've been absolutely blown away by what I've seen.

I've literally spent the week cruising from post to post and I haven't scratched the surface. All I can say is that this site is awesome.

I'm very much a beginner at this sort of thing so please be patient with me when I ask really daft questions.

Olly: the only way we learn is to ask questions so if you did a lot of reading and don't find your answer by all means ask the question because it might not only help you, but will help others later.

if you are reading threads and liking what you are reading might i suggest you maybe just post a "well done" because some of us that post a lot have no idea if anybody is listening or learning from anything we post. deal?

don't be so stingy on your posts unless internet is too expensive or by the word or letter where you live.

welcome again and i read or lurked for many years before finally joining and posting and now i just ask questions or tell what I've learned over the years and it's fun.

drivesitfar what would really help with that is to have a simple "Thanks" button incorporated into the system. Works very well else where

Currently no, although I've worked at a couple of them around the country, currently I'm in Dakiliya. Hopefully I'll be moving back to the capital area in the reasonably near future
