May I suggest you update your location to some thing a little more specific as in future you may find that helps you when you have specific questions that affect you. Specially given the forum has a very global membership. Often you will find subjects may get different answers depending on locations and regulations.

Thank you for the advice and I may do that, but I was merely trying to say hi to a neighbor. I'm not sure how my reply got separated from their post. Obviously, I don't post much. I usually come on here to feed my tool addiction and look at the shops

Your single post was most likely moved as it looked like an introduction tagged onto another introduction. Some times posts like that can look like spam so going on what you have posted that would be my answer adding your lack of location would not have helped. Have you posted Hi to your neighbour? If not try again. I checked your IP address so can see you are not a spammer.
