Recently joined after finding the forum while doing numerous Google searches. Planning on a 26'x26' DIY detached garage build early this coming spring. Getting permitted and having a monolithic slab with 36" footers, 8" depth pads for a 2 post lift, 10' walls, insulated with mini-split. Can't wait to get started on this. Have been parking outside year round for the last 4 years while giving wife and daughter our 2 existing attached garage spaces.

A gallery thread is a great thing to be able to look back on for your own use as well to see how or when you do things. I look back at mine all the time.
