Awesome forum here. getting a ton of great ideas. So this last spring I built a 30 x 40 (interior measurement) polebarn. I extended the gable end 10' for overhang and stepped in the front wall 10' for overhang. From the sky it looks like a 40 x 50. The 2 front poles are only there for downspouts. Working on the inside right now. Finished the electrcial (100 amps) a month or so ago. I am about 3/4 of the way done sheeting the ceiling with 1/2 inch OSB all by myself.... drywall lifts come in handy!! I left the shiny side exposed so I wouldn't see the pre-painted lines.... I hope I will still be able to paint that side of the OSB. Just received 5 4ft x 4 bulb T8 flourescent fixtures. Now that I look at it.... I think I am going to need double that. I should be starting on framing the walls and in a week or so... then I can spend a small fourtune on insulation. Looking back I wish I would have ran natural gas and permanent water out there. I also wish I would have did the radiant flooring in there. Oh well, Those of you that haven't built yet.... learn from my mistakes. I am sure I will be asking a lot of questions on here so bear with me.. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!
