Well, I wouldn't say that Washington is a great state to live, it's about the 5th worst state place to live for a patriotic American.
We moved into a hundred year old house which has been mostly remodeled, but the garage is almost falling over. I would like to remodel it.
We have a good size family, and I am concerned that someday something might give way. Some of the wood is rotten from the water - yeah, it has holes. Portions of the bottom plate are rotten, too.
What I would like to do is remodel it one section at a time. Is this possible?
