Decided to finally join up so I can see more of the pics. My interest is tools and tooling and restoring old tools and equipment. I am busy restoring an Elliot Progress Drill Press right now so I was interested to see others efforts. The most spectacular was the very Red floor standing Drill Press (That I can no longer find so I would be grateful if someone could point it out to me.) and that was lovely.
I no longer have any interest in Motor Vehicles and for a daily driver I now have a very modest Nissan Primera (if you have that model in the US?) Not to say I have no interest in cars or trucks, just my time with them is done - I have owned some very nice exotica in my time. I use my tools daily though to earn an income and I have quite a fully equipped shop with a couple of lathes and a nice Mill - along with plenty of (outrageously expensive in the UK) Snap-On and other US made tooling.
Though I will say that SP Swiss make the best Hex Keys and screwdrivers. IMHO
