Looking to find out how old my Hein Werner Jack is or where can I get that information. What do I do if I can’t find a kit to rebuild it. I read that they aren’t made anymore.

Sorry I can't offer any info on your specific jack... but, I will tell you that I found parts for my old jacks at blackhawkparts.com
They stock parts for a variety of hydraulic equipment... old and new. Lots of knowledge there and happy to help.
