Hi all,

New guy here, in Everett WA. I've been reading this forum for while, but now I'm finally looking to buy a house and need to start asking questions, so I need to sign up!

I'm in Southeast Everett, looking all over Snohomish County to buy a house, hopefully with enough of a parcel to make my garage dreams a reality (or at least close enough).

Welcome. I am in the middle of LDA an permits for Snohomish County as I write this. Lots of learning to do!
