Hi-line parts boxes

Hello fellow gj'ers. I'm looking for a bit of buying advice. I was browsing a local pawn shop today and saw some Hi-line parts drawers with cabinets. They were smaller in size I believe either 4 or 6 drawers but they appeared to be new with small scuffs and scratches on the cabinets. There were various drawer configurations but had some pamphlets in them. They were asking $99 each for them and they had 2. The kid behind the counter said he can knock another 25% off bringing the pair down to ~$168. Question is.. Do I buy them because they are a steal? It looks like there could be hundreds of dollars in msrp drawers alone.

If they are stocked with fasteners, etc, go for it.

I bought a ton of old Curtis brand metal organizer boxes, minus any nuts or bolts. I love that after a good cleaning they will last very long.
