Hi All,
My name is Jerry and I'm a retired journeyman tool & diemaker. I have been retired a long time and am interested in many things. One thing that I like about this forum is the wide variety of interest shown by the members. Looks like a good fit for me and I will be spending a lot of enjoyable time getting acquainted and reading the mail.
I have a lot of tools and am just now getting back into the swing of things as I have had a lot of "sick time' since I retired that has held me back from shop, time. Hopefully I have enough years left to do something about that.
My current interest is learning to use the English wheel and getting a shop organized. My original plan was to buld a wheel but later decided to buy the one that Harbor freight sells and use that to learn on.
Ha Ha ..The machine (as purchased ), has a lot of potential, but really needs a lot of work to whip it into shape to use, and if I ever get it finished I may try to write it up. ,.......someday....
Jerry
