Hello everyone, or anyone, I live north of Ann Arbor MI. I'm semi-retired, I work when they call me back. Built my garage about 4 years. Been adding to it as go along. It is 28x28, 10 foot side walls, I was limited by zoning to a roof height of 15 foot peak. I went with engineered trusses to help get a hoist to fit. Got the hoist in 2 years ago, I put it between 2 trusses then boxed the ceiling around it. Last year I had the floor epoxied. The only left to do is the furnace, that is next. That my story and I'm sticking to it.
