Hey everyone... I've been a lurker on these forums for quite a while, gathering ideas and drooling over some projects that have been completed.
I am currently in the process of working with an architect to plan out my attached garage addition. Unfortunately due to space constraints and the construction possibly requiring a variance, I am restricted to approximately 12 wide by 25 deep for a single car option.
The plan is to "possibly" make it tall enough with a very very slight slope (4-5%) so the roof would still be high enough to potentially fit a 4 post lift, ultimately making it a 2 car space. I'd love to white epoxy or stain the floor, (no cabinet or work bench plans yet), and possibly use a Smart Garage roll up door to save ceiling space as well.
