from an old garage hand, but new to the Garage journal. Mine is attached, but 24x43. I extended the original by 17' to hold four cars. It's a working garage. My son and I have done a ton in there. Multiple complete suspension changes, several engine changes and lots of normal maintenance. The biggest project was converting his Acura Integra to a Type R clone by taking everything off a wrecked Type R and putting it on his car. Best thing we've ever done together!

Hope to learn more as I hope to build a Big garage someday after we build the "retirement house." Kyle

Welcome from the metropolis of Trimble, MO! I see yours is kind of like my 2 car garage...need to organize more vertically. Good to hear about the father-son time, I've always tried to teach my kids some mechanical skill.
