Allow Elroy to point out the fact that he placed an order with Steve and it got messed up. To get the facts right, the mistake was beyond Stevens control. UPS screwed it up.

This all happened just as he was leaving town on vacation. Mr. Coil didn't just blow it off to be addressed later.

Steve stepped up and made it right before leaving town. He followed up with Elroy by supplying contact information as to where he was going to be. His complete itinerary with phone numbers and dates if there were any additional problems. A bad experience that wasn't bad as Mr. Coil paid attention to the details and followed through on his word with prompt action.

Handled like a professional businessman. Elroy would have zero hesitation conducting additional transactions and has recommended his services to others.

No, it really is a good idea. Its pretty tough to pull the trigger sometimes on purchases online, especially from a forum. Good idea on the feedback thread.
