Hiding wires in plain sight?

I need to run some under cabinet lights, there is no way to hide the wires behind the wall, could you give me an example of how to hide the wires? Are you just painting the wires, or running a conduit to get them out of plain sight?

Use wiremould..... Any electrical supplier , H D or Lowes should carry it.

if you don't have access to the wall cavity behind the cabinet you will not be able to hide the lighting cable. you could run surface conduit and paint it but it will still stick out.

I want to make it less obvious is all really, I think some plastic conduit might work, but need to find pictures to make sure first, before I spend the money really.

If they are under cabinets, you won't see them unless you are bending over looking at them. (unless you are 3 feet tall. You could probably use some type of wood molding and hide them with it, like corner molding.

Perhaps you could run the wire along the top of your cabinets then drop thru your cabinet where ever a light would be. I'd rather have an exposed shielded wire hidden inside a cabinet than in plain sight.

Add some 1" millwork to the front of the cabinets, on the bottom of the face frame.

Cabinet bottoms (underside) are usually recessed about an inch from the face frame. Drill holes for your BX in the sides of the cabinet, as high as you can without going through the bottom.

As hidden as you can get.

Try some LED lights, may cost a little more, but hey they last for a very long time, use very very little power and don't create any heat. Extremely small form factor with tones of light. They can be chained together to spread them out under cabinets/counters. IKEA has a good selection.

run mc cable inside of your lower cabinet and mount 4 square boxes and fish up romex in the wall to the upper cabinet
