Hello All!
I’m a long time tool and auto enthusiast brought on by summers spent farming as a youth in South Dakota. Life has since led me to garage-less high-rise living in Chicago with my tools stashed across three states waiting for my dream garage.
While my garage exile severely limits my wrenching, grinding and other such shenanigans, it doesn't prevent me from combing the region’s estate sales and flea markets looking for deals on vintage and machine tools to add to the collection. (Though I may have found my limit, I discovered the wife forbids using the living room of our 1BR apt to store flooring standing machinery. My argument that a Logan 922 11” with no nicks on the bed for $225 was a steal oddly did not sway her.)
Anyways, I’ve enjoyed living vicariously through all of you since recently finding GJ. See you in the tool discussion!
