Looking for different options when it comes to putting up high bay lights in my new shop. It already has the metal corrugated ceiling. I wanted to get the ceiling up before the garage doors installed. Im sure there is a few way I can do it. Just I like asking questions because every now and then you get something that never crossed my mind.

Well I will hang from my ceiling joist. I'm not going to use a chain or cable just the metal hooks the lights come with. I'm going to screw anchors into my joist. I guess left out what I was really asking. Haha... want to know best way to wire it. My thinking is making a small piece of conduit will make adapter each end to go from light to metal ceiling. But what should I do on top of the metal? Junction box...or go the the next light? It will be wired inside the light housing so no exposed connection. Stick framed building.
