My friend has the Snap-On HL138ACP pliers and I have to admit that they're damn sweet. They can cut just about anything and have the grip almost of locking pliers. For Knipex users, how does the 02 02 180 compare?

The one thing I do know is the Knipex are 1" bigger and cost $37 less from Chad's.

What are you going to do with them? If you're looking to cut bigger wires and whatnot with pliers then I'm recommend you pick up the Knipex CoBolts and just keep regular pliers for the other stuff that those two would do. Bigger capacity, and even with that cost, it might even be less than those Snap-On pliers.
