I'm currently in the middle of a garage/house remodel and my garage door got installed yesterday. It's an Armarr Classica 3000 Series. My wife suggested I get the high lift option just in case I install a lift. I'll post more pictures of the overall build soon once I've gotten a bit farther in the build. The garage is 24x26 attached.

A lot of people have been asking the cost for the highlift track option. Maybe you can share the cost difference if you recieved a cost breakdown.

Mine is on a new build and the plan is for the doors to be installed tomorrow. The cost difference between normal and highlift tracks for me was $100. In the grand scheme of things, well worth the money, expecially if you want to put a lift in close to the door.

Tell your wife good call! ;)

I think the cost is around $175 per foot, but I believe that depends who is doing it. A friend of mine has a similar door and after seeing mine also wished he'd done this option. Just for reference the ceiling in this garage is 10.8" so there is almost 10' of clearance under the door when it's open. The door itself is 16x7. The exterior control still hasn't been installed yet and the interior remote mount light is also waiting on drywall. The combination of the Liftmaster and the high lift option really seem to work together.

Definitely giving my wife credit on this one. :)
