High-Visibility Sockets

Does anyone know of a decent manufacturer that makes high-visibility sockets like JH Williams does with combination wrenches? Doesn't look like Williams does.

I've been tasked with finding a solution to our "communal tool boxes" issues. I'm thinking color coding the tools is a good place to start.

Stanley has blue chrome, I would rate as home use, not professional use.

Proto used to make Painted sockets. I have seen them on Ebay, and I think a member here had a bunch for sale at one time. Not sure if they still make them, but might be worth a look.

Thanks for the input. I'll check Stanley and Proto. We have some Proto already and a lot of Craftsman, which is holding up OK so Stanley may be an option.

I found a place in New England that re-chromes tools with different color. Not sure on the cost, plus it void any warranty.

These are probably not up to the task of professional use, but HF has color coded sockets... My eyesight is pretty bad without reading glasses, so as much as I like my SO sockets, I've been tempted to give these a try:

Thanks for the input, I knew about the HF ones. What I'm really trying to do is have whole sets be all the same color and have other sets that are different colors. Right now I have 4 separate labs within our building (I work in product development). We have tool boxes dedicated to each lab, but tools continue to wander around the building. If a red wrench turned up in a box full of blue ones it will be very obvious.

We handle a lot of brake fluid and acetone so just throwing a rattle can paint job on them won't work. Plus the company is huge on appearances and 5S.

I've got a message into Dykem to see if their stain will work on tool chrome and resist brake fluid.

Have worked for a few companies with multiple labs/bays and they always paint the wrenches different colors for each box.

I found a bunch of the black chrome sets through Amazon that i might pick up. (I'm a sucker for black chrome, LOVE the Husky black chrome sets)

Sorry for dragging an old post up, but I was just thinking what a brilliant idea this is.

Are there any colored, power coated maybe?, ratchets or sockets out there of decent quality?
