Hello everyone,

This is my first forum post.

I've installed 23 72w 0-10v dimmable LED 2x4 flat panel lights in my 2800 sqft garage. I have three light switches dividing the 23 lights; 9, 6, and 8 lights on a light switch. I have wired the garage using 14-2 wire and low voltage wire - LED driver to each light switch (not connected to a light switch).

*9 LEDs total 648w.
*6 LEDs total 432w
*8 LEDs total 576w

Currently, I'm using the Hubbell Occupancy Sensor Light Switch (WS2000WZ LED/CFL compatible at 1000w. I now want to install dimmable light switches, but the light switch wattage ratings are too low. The Leviton DSM10-1LZ @ 450w is the highest-rated switch, which may be usable on the 432w switch.

Any recommendations other than installing additional light switches to reduce wattage?

I've installed the below LEDs:

Envision LED PNL-2x4-72w-50-LF Edge-Lit LED Flat Panel 72-watts 120-277 -volt AC/DC 80 CRI 5000K 8280 Lumens White

Thanks in advance for your help.

You've gone a little off the rails. The Leviton switch wont work with this fixture.
You need an on/off/dim switch, like the Eaton SF10P, that has a 0-10VDC connection as well as your voltage connection. That's option #1.
From the driver, there are two wires, purple and gray, that control your dimming. These are low voltage wires (10VDC). These need to be connected to a low voltage dimmer.
Option #2: The easiest way to control these lights is to get a Lutron Vive PowPak RMJS-8T-DV-B (you might need a couple of them) and a few Lutron Pico switches. You can also now install a wireless sensor and you wont need the Hubbell. Now you dont need to run wires all over the place for switches, dimmers and sensors. It would have been alot easier to do this before you installed all the fixtures, but it still wont be too bad.
Option #3: The cheap but cheezey way to do it is to find a $15 low voltage dimmer online and run your purple & gray wires to it. Hate to see this kind of garbage in a beautiful brand new garage.
Good luck,
CD

Hi Cybrdyke,

I like option 1: The Eaton SF10P, which has the specs I need.

Thanks for the quick response and info. :)
