Higher RPM Rechargeable Tool

I want to run a 3M Bristle wheel (rated to 20 or 25000) faster than my (M18 or Holeshooter 1/2") drills allow.

I looked at this:

And really, the side load wouldn't be huge, so I wouldn't be afraid to run a 4.5 angle grinder and adapter.

But, what's the ideal cordless tool? Seems like a die grinder, 90degree. I won't be on air, so I'm looking cordless, mostly.

Stripping paint on automotive panels, BTW.

Question. Is the head of a 4 1/2" grinder in the way of a 3" disc for getting into tight spaces. I can see why it does not come with 2" roloc pads. A die grinder gives the most clearance. There were a couple of rt. angle cordless electrics but nothing now.

I was thinking of the IR and I think there was one from Delta. There are several straight ones. Periodically there is a thread where somebody is looking for an electric rt angle die grinder. It takes a lot of air to run a pneumatic one. I would be in the market for one, too. I just go slower with my rt angle Makita drill or my tinker toy Dremel with rt angle adapter, but ibly for very small jobs. That adapter might be worth a look but it is limiting. Somebody makes a 5/8-11 to 1/4" collet but it is twice the price, delivered. It will hold any 1/4" die grinder bit, not just roloc.
