It's looking great! It's also huge, I couldn't imagine that much space. Maybe I missed it, but what will you be using the building for?

The lower level is a garage with a lift. Made it large enough to fit a motorhome (resale). Might turn it into a winery someday. The upper floor is is about 60% smaller than the bottom floor. Just a big party/game room. The carport is for storing the tractor and utility vehicle used in the vineyard.

Speaking as the guy that carried 34 sheets of drywall up to the second floor of my house last month I'm sure you and your contractors are happy it fit through the window.

Used the bin forks on the tractor to move the spiral staircase to the top floor

I'll explain the damaged box in a later post

Impressive amount of work there. The dust must be incredible.

Lots of dust. Only lights we have so far are the can lights in the center section.

Waiting until next week to install the hanging light fixtures on the left and right garage bays. No reason to clean them 12 feet above the floor...

Wow. This is quite the building you've got. Looks like it's coming along nicely and it seems fit in well with the rest of the property. Kudos!

Nice choice on the polished concrete floor, I like the look of those. Can't wait to see how yours turns out. Btw, great looking project overall. :pimpflash

I also like the look of the polished concrete. In that building, you could by a good used truck for what an epoxy coating floor installer would charge!!

Thank you
I'm hoping that the polished concrete will require less maintenance that epoxy

They just finished yesterday....don't look too close or you will see some cracks

Very nice result. Is there any type of coating on there or just polish?
You should be happy with that! Lots of room too.
