If you followed my other thread on removing tiles and chipping some concrete, http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=48267youd know that ive been wanting a good hammer drill then this fell into my lap last night.

Got a deal i couldnt pass up on a Hilti TE72, combi hammer.

The guy i bought it from was getting out of the business and was getting rid of everything for cheap.

It was 1.5 hrs away so i called and had him hold it. He was pretty good about it and said he'd hold it to 1. Lucky i got him to hold it, there were 3 guys by to buy it:thumbup: One of them was still there when i arrived.. was funny.. buddy wanting it was a little pissed:lol_hitti

The drill has hardly been used, not brand new, but seen little use considering. The guy said he hadnt used it in 10 years and i believe it.

Came with several chisels, and a couple big drills.

As part of the deal i also got a Makita 7" Buffer/sander! Thats awesome because i need to compound a couple cars. Unfortunately the guy didnt have the bonnet, but it came with a sanding pad. Cant complain to much for the price.

All in all a productive day!

$250 for both.

Maybe not as good as you guys in the states see, but darn good for around here.

A quick look on ebay before i bought was $250 USD + big shipping on average so i think i did all right.
