Hinge with clamp for holding piece for welding

Hi all , can you help , i saw a hinge with two clamp on it to hold piece together for welding , but i can' t remember where ? , anyone have the link ? many thanks in advance

I saw Stacy David make one on Gearz. If I remember right, he just attached a couple of spring clamps to a long hinge with screws.
