It looks similar to the miller pro hobby. In that case the head gear is super comfortable. Can't tell you much about the lens since I have the digital version.

Does the number of Arc sensors matter? I see this one has 4, whereas some other hoods have 2-3?

The more the better in general. The more sensors you have the more reactive the helmet will be in tight situations. I have had 2 sensor helmets not activate in situations where I couldn't face directly towards the arc. My Miller Pro Hobby Digital has 4 and with the digital controls it is also super easy to adjust the sensitivity which helps as well.

Just pulled the trigger on a Hobart Pro about 30 minutes ago, best price was at cyberweld. I spent days researching helmets and I feel the Pro is a great choice. That being said I havent been a professional welder for about 5 years but when I look at thespecs of the speedglas I had back then and look at the hobart pro now I see much better things on the hobart pro. Not much real world input in this post but I did put many many hours into spec comparo's and the hobart looks great.

Spend a little extra ($30-40) and get a lincoln viking 3350 or for about the same price the viking 2450.
I use the 3350 at school. Bout 20hrs a week.
Great helmet. No experience with hobart/miller.
