What's your hobby? My wife is convinced that my hobby involves money, tools and the garage. Can't deny it, but it's something I like to do.

Hobby? hmm.......... what month is it?

I have played around with either small engines or cars my whole life, so I'm not sure I would consider that a hobby, more of a lifestyle...lol :3gears:

other hobbies include but not limited to: Baseball, Music:rocker: mostly listening to and at one time playing(my taste in music is all over the map but mostly Hard Rock/Classic Rock/Heavy Metal), I also collected stamps when I was young and still have a collection to sits by my desk, don't really add much to it anymore, but its on my mind occasionally. I also am kind of a movie nerd, but I usually only watch them in the winter when it is to cold to do anything outside or in the garage.

I haven't had any time for hobbies the last few years with the job I had, but I'm starting a new job in 2 weeks and hope to revive my old interests.

I enjoy playing music and building/tinkering with instruments, welding, woodworking, and home improvement. The home improvement I do all the time anyway, but I actually enjoy it when my back, shoulders, and knees don't hurt.

I also love baseball so I'm hoping to find a casual baseball or softball league since I'll be able to play now. Lots of fun options out there when you don't work every night.

Garage, tools, cars, trains, and ***......
What more do you need in life other than more money so you can have more of the above.

Small engines, model railroading, hiking and camping, things that go bang and, I guess you could say I have a small tool collecting hobby.

Woodworking and wood turning are my big interests. But it sometimes feels like a job more than a hobby especially since I'm a general contractor. My wife says I'm only happy when I'm covered in saw dust!

Have a fairly decent gun collection and lots of hunting gear but I've lost interest in both.

Would love to have the money back I've dumped into ATVS and side by sides. Don't even own one now....

Love to camp but don't get out much anymore.

Bought a century arc welder about a week ago and have been messing with it in the evenings. Always wanted to learn how to stick weld
The guys on YouTube make it look.alot easier than it is!

Well I enjoy playing with my 1:5 R/C car and welding. I bought a Hobart welder for home use but cannot bring myself to actually find anything to build or fix with it. I have a welding degree and do a little bit of welding at work but not enough otherwise I would be happy all the time.

Since my Rc hobby is so expensive I find I cannot play with them due to how expensive common maintenance parts cost. Also I cannot find the time working two jobs to do much of anything

2 of the more expensive ones are women and cars/racing. Throw in some travel/camping and the rest of the time trying to support my addictions . . . er . . . hobbies.

4 season Camping, Climbing, Photography, and Cooking etc...are my major hobbies.

I own a lot of equipment, across my personal and businesses. I like quality stuff, but I don't really consider it a hobby more of a collecton... idk I grew up going to auctions and antiques shops. It's a bug. As they say. As long as you enjoy your stuff thats all that matters.

Fabrication, carpentry, machining, repair, remodelling, restoration, partnering up with my 33 yr old son on our shop projects. Also read about 2 hours a day on the internet otherwise I feel cheated in learning new things. Enjoy meeting new workshop related people.

My two main hobbies are my electric R/C monster trucks and my vintage (1970's) John Deere garden tractors. Both are not as expensive as my old hobby, owning a classic car and truck. I felt like a weight was lifted of of my shoulders when I sold my two classics.
They were cool but I don't miss them at all.

When I first got married I was into flying RC airplanes. The big ones. After kid #4 showed up I threw in the towel because I would never find time to fly again. Sold it all off, got into guns and bought a '66 Mustang GT fastback to restore. It's about done, few details left.

Also got back into photography that I was big into back in high school. This was about the time I was deep into RC. Stuck with it a while, got a lot of nice glass and a couple bodies.

Also got back into my youth hobby of building plastic models, mostly 1/32 aircraft. Got a stash of around 200 kits, built a couple dozen. But this hobby led to woodworking to build a display case for them.

Also got into collecting 1/18 diecast cars so now I'm building display cases for them. Gas pump themed of course!

But have not touched the guns or cameras for a few years. Having withdrawal symptoms from not building plastic since last year due to other priorities in life.
