Hobbies -

Computers anything. I love to tinker with them and I love to game on them, of course. Currently have a perpetual seedbox Raspberry Pi 3.

Photography - Lightroom is my go to. Currently using a quad-core i5-2500K overclocked to 4.4Ghz @ 1.32V with a Cryorig H7 cooler. At load, the temps tend to go as high as 68C. Should I upgrade to something better? Probably not, seeing that LR only takes advantage of one core.

Audio - Can't go wrong with a great set of headphones + amp connected to an AT-LP120 turntable listening to some classics. Too bad I don't own that table.

Keyboards!! Click-clack they go. Mechanical keyboards are the worst for me. There are so many different types to try and as of now I've spent over $400 in keyboards alone!

Single dad with four children ... :)

I was waiting for someone to post this.

Having small kids is a hobby/lifestyle in and of itself. I'm living it!

My oldest hobby of rock crawling in my 1st gen Toyota pickup had been scaled back to 2-3 times a year now.

Building a new off-road Toyota to fit everyone at the moment (very slowly albeit).

Of course being in the shop and playing with the tools is #1.

Camping is a favorite family hobby.

Would like to get into over-landing.

My son loves RC stuff, so that's our little hobby.

Yard/house work and playing with the kiddos has pretty much beat out all the other hobbies I used to dabble in.

Wrenching, cooking, manufacturing and being outdoors. Being outdoors is a bit broad, but I love kayaking, hunting, boating, fishing, hiking etc. The hunting and fishing goes with cooking.

I collect anchors, and I live 600 miles from the coast!
I collect and restore Vintage Hondas up to 350cc.

Any antique motorcycle is welcome here and I love animals, dog and cats mainly.
Sailing, but I don't have a boat right now.
Working on the house/yard.
Drinking beer. Reading.
I love to RV, don't have a rig now, looking around for a nice pre-owned unit.

No one said fishing. Or hunting. Boat or jet ski. ***** shooting. 4x4 off-roading.

Fishing is a way of life. Hobbies are everything else one does with his or her day when not fishing, reading about fishing, thinking about fishing, working on the boat, tinkering with the tackle, making tackle, shopping for new gear and tackle, watching the shows on tv, telling fish stories to anyone who will listen and so on.

I build and collect scale model car kits. I have over 400 in my basement and garage plus about 100 built in cases. Other than that I have hobbies that are related to my kids. I coach my sons Little League baseball team.

And Go Blue.

Pulling and cooking for the most part. Feels like finishing my shop is the biggest hobby right now though.

My biggest and most expensive hobby is buying tools. Mostly Craftsman USA and NAPA Carlyle. I also recently began collecting 1:64 Johnny lightning cars... again. I need a disposable income..

I have no hobbies, never did.

I would like to do absolutely nothing all day every day , I do enjoy my afternoon naps .

I don't even like drinking ...

thinking about it I think I like collecting tool, not exactly using them but just knowing I can fix this or that if I need to , but I prefer to sit at the computer and do nothing than using any tools.

Maybe *** was a hobby but now I'm married .

One thing I like is getting payed but that doesn't happen a lot ...

Guess I also enjoy trolling and internet fights :)

Trying new beers, whiskeys, and wines and visiting the breweries, distilleries, and vineyards they are made in. We took a quick 4 day trip down to Huntsville, AL last December just to check out the breweries in the area. :)

Jeeps and offroading

Building and working on random things.

Fishing.

Gardening.

Poetry.

Piddling.

Right now it is basically cars and cooking while the others take to the back burner. But am fascinated by what everyone else likes. Wish I could be a woodworker, build a ship in a bottle, etc.

I've spent a lot of money on tools, hobbies and booze. The rest I wasted.

I have been fascinated with animals all my life. I went into a career of veterinary medicine and sometimes the line of hobby and work is blurred.I have kept and raised various fish, birds and reptiles over the years. I also loved all things outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping. Over 30 years ago I started falconry, and much of my life has revolved around it ever since. I train my own bird dogs to use when hunting with my birds. My wife and I both ride motorcycles and they have been taking a greater part of my free time over the last 10 years. I like doing my own carpentry/ construction/woodworking projects and recently added a shop to have space for that and wrenching on the motorcycles. Now setting up that space will be taking much of my time.

I could quickly get in to flying birds, a friend who has now passed used to fly a Harris hawk, in those days I had a lot of land to run my dogs and fly his bird, Im out of that lifestyle so the urge isnt quite so strong but man they are so cool

What hobbies DON'T I have? The hobbies have taken a back seat for several years while I have been building our house and developing our land, although both of those things are like hobbies to me.

In no particular order- woodworking, metal working, old tractors (esp. Cub Cadets), vintage outboard motors, cooking, playing musical instruments, old cars, antiques, crossword puzzles, reading, boating, hiking, gardening, etc., etc.

ive been into a lot of things over the years,

most have gone by the wayside now.

used to do a lot of 4 wheeling, truck hasnt been out in over 2 years, it's going up for sale in the spring, if it doesnt sell it will get cut up into little pieces and scrapped.

harley never left the garage this year, didnt even renew the plates...
maybe it's time :(

i started shooting again this year, USPSA, steel challenge, rimfire challenge
it's something i can go do by myself, dont need any "friends" to go along, all i do sign up, drive there, pay my entry fee, shoot and drive back home.

ive been slowly stocking up on 22LR ammo, ive got approx 2000 rds on the shelf now, i'll use at least 6000 rds next year,
i'm stocked with primers, power and brass, just need to get my bullet order in and crank out 2000 or so 45acp for my open gun

I don't have a ton of time for hobbies at this point in my life. But what little time I have I try to use wisely.

I like adventure motorcycling. A friend and I go on week long rides where we camp and explore. I have a KLR 650, but would really like a KTM 1190 or BMW 1200 GS.

I like assembling LEGO sets, especially the Technic ones.

Cooking is fun, I like having family and friends over for meals I've made.

I enjoy shooting. I don't shoot competitions, but the .17HMR, 12ga and 30-06 get regular use at paper targets and clay pigeons.

Number 1 is "accounting" at least that's what I tell the kids as to why the bedroom door is locked.

Second one is shooting. Compete in cowboy action but also shoot occasional in other disciplines
Enjoy reloading and some gunsmithing almost as much.

Third is horses

Then canoeing. Wife and I have done the whole eastern half of the boundary waters and maybe over half of Indianas major creeks, rivers, and lakes.

The minor hobbies are RC airplanes, woodworking, black smithing, restoring old tractors and horse drawn equipment.

I used to put 10k on a motorcycle every year but to many close calls with texting drivers (and not wanting to leave my kids fatherless) have caused me to hive that one up.

Whatever I do I like to be passionate about it.

Home brewer, made it to the level of judge director for the AHA.

Trifive Chevy's :3gears: my biggest passion for years. Fabricate what the aftermarket doesn't offer.

Fishing, Head to Maine every summer. Have my own lake w/ brooks, browns, steelhead, rainbows.

Smoking meats, every holiday for gatherings. :FIREdevil

Guitar, not talented, but not giving up. Starting to get the bug of repairing and improving less expensive models. Use deer antlers for the bridge saddle, etc. :pimpflash

Wife demanded I return to this post and edit to include her.
Well, yeah I suppose a man has the right to have a women change his mind.

When I bought my house, a friend said "Congratulaions. This is your new hobby". He was right. Seriously, I like things that run on gas, wood, metal, electronics (my pre retirement profession). I enjoy messing with almost any craft. I claim no great expertise in any of them
