hobby budget hutch too tool box?

Can anyone steer me in the direction of a hutch top tool box/cabinet that isn't a truck brand? I'd really like the hutch top to store a laptop and have a dust free surface/area.

I can't find any that aren't truck brands and waaaay out of my price range.
