Hi,

Any experience with https://www.hoffmann-group.com/US/en/hus/ ?

I used to use them in Germany, but not sure they have much traction competing with McMaster-Carr and the rest of usual suspects. Unless one wants European alternatives.

I've just tried to find a deep 21mm 3/8 socket, and it's a torture. Sockets are under "Fastening Tools for Screws", separate searches for 'hexagon socket 3/8" bring over 7,000 results, etc. The website is sure monolith and has Teutonic heft to it, but it takes time to figure out how they work.

In Germany they were among the best Metrology equipment suppliers for my shop.

Milwaukee is owned by TTI.

Hoffman Group isn't a manufacturer, they're a distributor. They're listing the brands they sell.

I want to say there is some twist here, like they may relabel some stuff (from the list) and either resell it or distribute the brands that do (Garant comes to mind as a brand that relabels like this).

I don't know if the relabels are cheap in any normal sense, but you can get deals on them when they sell secondary/or used because they don't seem to have alot of mark-up or famous brand premium.

Monte or somebody from EU or tools of old wrold thread would be the people to ask, tho.

If you search for 3/8 or 3/8" results are very different. They are as lame as Zoro in this regard. The shopping cart didn't work for me, and I couldn't figure it out. Could be a browser-specific thing. They were quite good for Stahlwille and Ko-Ken back in Germany years ago.
