I'm building a 4'x8' modular plywood woodworking workbench and looking for a rope and pully hoist to put it up when not in use. It weighs under 200 pounds but let's call it 200 to be safe. I've done some searching and don't see anything fitting, so I'm looking for suggestions. What do you have, what would you suggest?3e93ef7cc81f4cfe0160bf8aa4bfadf0.jpg

At one point I was using this 'Racor Heavy Lift' to do something similar with a storage table

It can handle up to 250 lbs. What is nice about it is the 4 lift points are pretty spread out - I think they are about 4' apart in each direction. I installed bolts in the table so that the heads stuck out the sides a little bit and just loop the ends of the cable over them. I didn't use the platform that it comes with) It has a rod that you crank by hand - which I would chuck in my cordless drill and it actually worked quite well

What Git said, or do the rope routing your self and use a boat trailer winch.

I use the cheap hand winches but they don't have a brake. I store an 8x10' jig overhead, lower and raise it at least twice/year. edit: I do chain it up too so if the winch fails the jig isn't going but a foot or two
