holder for non-retractable razor knives?

I've got a few old razor knives with no pouches/holders/etc. to carry and store them in. They feel great in the hand, but I'm worried that one day I'm going to reach in my tool bag to grab it and I'll slice my finger, or worse, I'll drop it on my foot someday. I can't imagine a nylon pouch or even a leather one lasting long without the razor blade cutting through the bottom of it.

Any ideas?

I have seen a few leather ones, hard leather ones, designed for carpet knives.

I like that Bucket Boss idea, especially because it says it is hard plastic reinforced ( I assume it means inside the nylon sheath). Have to order that one, thanks torqueman!

Razor knives are inexpensive.
I had a few non retractables. They have been either retired or tossed.

DT man, I think that "Plastic reinforced", is a backing on the sheath, not lined. It will help keep the sheath from folding up and catching the blade but not necessarily stop it from catching if jammed in at an angle.

You might want to stop as a BB store and review before buying.

I could swear I've seen a sheath made of poly somewhere... (Probably at a yard sale...)

I have a friend who collects all sorts of knives, hatchets, survival tools, etc. and he swears by Kydex. However, I've found the stuff to be thin and easily punctured.

This might have to be something that I solve myself by making my own (or modifying an existing) design.
