Hole saw storage.

Hi Guys,
I have been storing my hole saws in a blank CD bundle holder for many years now. Just thought I would pass on the idea if anyone is interested. Here are some pics I took back in 2003.

The CD cases stack as well, they are designed to. So you can have different kinds (carbide tipped, wood only, etc.) in their own cases. Then just stack them up. Keeps you from running your hand along one and putting a little digger in your finger while sorting through the loose ones in your drawers.

I have a entire Stanley compartment case for mine, with some of the compartments removed so you can fit the 6" one in.

I never thought of that for hole saws. I use one for 4.5" grinding and cut-off wheels.

Compact Disc. You can get the same spindle cases for regular DVD's and Blu-Ray discs as well. Most people just throw these spindle cases away. I am sure if you asked around to your friends and Family they probably have some kicking around.

I store my arbors with my drill bits, Spade bits, forstner bits, drill extensions etc... It reminds me to inspect the pilot drill in the arbor each time before use as well. I have a drawer in my toolbox for them and the arbors sit with them.

Speaking of hole saws, I never had the one I needed. Ended up with a bunch of mix and match stuff that is just enough to piss you off at any given time. Bought this complete set a while back from the local Wurth salesman. Nice kit, priced right as far as I can tell. Looks like you can buy online.
