I have a drawer in one of my Kennedy machinist boxes and set one of the long dividers at a slight angle and have them lined up by size like a socket set, up to the really large sizes. It goes the full length of the 25" drawer...

I just have the hole saws set, inside each other, in multiple stacks, in a steel 18'' Craftsman box. That's all that box has. saws, pilots, arbors, extensions.
Uni bits are stored in a plastic box in a drawer with drill odds and ends.

My hole saws are nested into two stacks with a long eye bolt through the center, secured with a fender washer and wing nut. I hang this out of the way from a hook on the bottom of a high shelf. Unibits are on a shelf near the drill press.

I have a Milwaukee holesaw set that came in a plastic case. My miscellaneous loose holesaws and arbors are in the top tray of the metal toolbox my corded drill is stored in.
