Notice that in the 2nd picture, he doesn't have the front jaw retracted all the way either.. wow.

What is it worth?

I bought one exactly like that in the spring....memory is fuzzy, but I think I paid $50-$60 for it. It's actually pretty lightweight, don't think it would take any serious hammering on the anvil.

I found one pretty similar to that last year on CL. Mine is a little rougher around the edges, but it came with a nice stand. I felt like I got a good deal at $25 for the vise and stand:dunno:.

It's not a high quality vise, but it can take some hits. I wouldn't go slamming an object locked down to it with a sledge, but still suitable for medium duty work.
